What is meditation ?
Meditation is a method to create distance to our thoughts, and to experience the reality of our consciousness in that inner silence, in which we are whole and healthy, untouched by conditionings of the past.and Our consciousness rests in the eternal present.
When we are totally in the present, we are in contact with an inner source of life energy, from which healing and peace arise, love, compassion, trust and creativity arises.. that fulfill our life with joy happiness peace and silece…we are one with the one consciousness…
What is the source of unhappiness ?
The source of our unhappiness, of many problems and illnesses is the constant restless stream of our thoughts from past experience and future worries. That Thoughts distract us from reality and the present moment. Thoughts are like clouds and our awareness(mindfulness) is like sunshine…!!
Thoughts cloud our being, and we lose contact, with our inner sunshine being…our nature…!! Our awareness….!! When we cut from awareness we are cut off from the presen moment !!
In deep meditation we experience silence, peace, oneness, love, lightness of body, lightness of mind, weightlessness and compassion. We feel happy healthy and healed…we feel more joyfulness , playfulness …we feel Spontaneity and Creativity in our life…we feel our life have purpose, meaning….!!
Meditations are a new way of taking care of both the outer and the inner you.
Each meditation starts with physical activity such as shaking, dancing or humming ,breathing etc and is followed by relaxation and stillness.
This is when meditation can happen very easily--a time to just be aware of your bodily sensations, thoughts, and feelings in a self-accepting way, without judgment. Experiencing gaps of silence and healing of our body, mind and soul.
