A STRESS MANAGEMENT WORKSHOP
Structure of A STRESS MANAGEMENT N HEALING WORKSHOP is to consciously transform stress and negative emotions by energy movement of the body, sound, music, laughter, chanting, dancing, breathing, healing movement and catharsis. Simple exercises are design to let go all your tension, worry and burden and transform in to positive vibration. This process boost your energy , let go negative emotions , one feel sense of love, harmony joy.
The A STRESS MANAGEMENT N HEALING WORKSHOP is based on the understanding that in order to be silent, the busy mind first needs to get rid of tension and stress, anger ,fear from our body, mind and subconcious.
So this Stress management and healing workshop is design in two Session,
Session 1 of clearing of blocked energy
Session 2 is healing of the wound by universal life force energy.
In this session we allow all our repressed and unresolved emotions to flow. In this stage we provide safe and protective environment to let go our fear, anger, hate, jealousy, sadness etc.by scientifically design process to let go all unresolved issue in your life.
Session two is healing of wounds. When a person is emptied of all the emotions, anger sadness , he is ready to invite powerful healing energy of the universe to heal our deeper level of wounds, Let the power and presence of healing energy of universe dissolve all your body mind and spirit. All the unconscious, blocked energy brought to light.
